We take the approach that everyone learns in the therapeutic process – we learn about you and what you need, and you learn key skills for now, and into the future. Helping people get to where they want to be – wherever that might be – is why we are here.
We use a wide range of evidence-based programs, including: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, EMDR, Schema Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
